If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods. The delivery date of your order is decisive.
A return form is included with every shipment. Please use this form for your return to ensure that your item can be correctly assigned and processed quickly. A separate email or prior notification is not required.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Conditions for Returns
We only accept returns of items in their original condition. For example:
- the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,
- all labels, hangtags, and packaging are intact,
- the item is returned in its original packaging.
Please include the enclosed return form as well as the delivery note or a copy of the order confirmation with your return. Only fully completed returns can be processed.
Return Period and Legal Basis
For consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with Section 355 BGB. After this period, a return or refund can generally no longer be granted, unless there is a statutory warranty case (e.g. defective goods).
For business customers within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns or exchanges from business customers are therefore only possible by prior arrangement and on a goodwill basis.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
According to Section 312g (2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- items that have been custom-made or clearly personalized according to customer specifications,
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed after delivery.
Refund Procedure
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 days:
- Please first check your bank account.
- Then contact your bank or credit institution, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@colors-of-sun.com.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please use the return form enclosed with your order and indicate the desired replacement item or size. Exchanges are processed subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded. Alternatively, you may return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Your Return
Please use only the return form and the shipping label included with your parcel. If no label was included, please contact our customer service at info@colors-of-sun.com to request a new one. The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The delivery time for an exchanged item may vary depending on stock levels and shipping volume.

Additional Information for Business Customers (B2B)
For orders placed by businesses (Section 14 BGB), the statutory provisions of commercial law apply. A right of withdrawal or return does not exist unless expressly and in writing agreed upon.
